General Terms of Use

1. There are two kinds of use.
   1. The anonymous use
   2. The authorized/premium use


2. The anonymous use:
   1. Anonymous users may publish a total maximum of one press release a day.
   2. Press releases may not be published on the internet at once, but will be written into a database, when submitted.
   3. Press releases in the database will be published within 3 days after editorial examination.
   4. An anonymous user may not publish his press releases himself.


3. The authorized/premium use:
   1. Authorized/premium members may publish a total maximum of two press releases per language and day.
   2. Authorized/premium members will get an own username and may publish, edit or delete their press releases for themselves quickly.
   3. Press releases will be submitted into a database, as well as at the anonymous use.
   4. The authorized/premium member publishes his press releases for himself, without editorial examination.
   5. Normally, press releases are shown on the website instantly (please note possible cache times of about 5 to 15 minutes).


4. The authorized/premium use requires one of the two possible memberships on businessportal24.com, which can be acquired throughout a registration process. The two kinds of membership are the authorized, and the premium membership (see become a member).


5. Our authorized/premium members assist the Businessportal24.com with a back link on the front page of their website (text link or banner). These links to Businessportal24.com support its spreading on the World Wide Web.
   • Please note: We do only accept back links on front pages, which are indexed and cached by Google, with a Google PageRank of at least 1.
   • The link text has to be "Press Releases", and the target has to be "http://www.businessportal24.com/ru"

6. Press releases in non-English language may only be published on the corresponding pages for this country.


7. Press releases will normally stay in database without a specific kill-date.


8. No press release or its content may violate law in your country.


9. Furthermore must not be published any adolescence endangering, radical, racist, dubious or pornographic content of any kind as well as content of glorification of violence.


10. Despite adherence of point 8. and 9., there’s no claim for publication of press releases on Businessportal24.com


11. We reserve the right to delete entries, with or without giving reasons. This may happen whensoever:
    • given contacts (Phone, FAX, E-Mail, URL, etc.) are wrong or not reachable anymore.
    • a press release is in breach of one or more articles of these terms of use.
    • the back link of authorized/premium members to Businessportal24.com/en is identified as not active anymore


12. The following rules apply to submitting press releases:
    • Do not give a date, it will be automatically given by the system.
    • Do not integrate an abstract into your press release, only the press release itself.
    • Do use continuous text (no word-wraps) and passages with a maximum of 3-5 lines.
    • Do use a maximum of 1800 characters per press release. Text exceeding the limit will be abridged.
    • Please use itemizations in continuous text separated by comma, not by word-wraps.
    • Please use understandings with a length of 3 lines in maximum.
    • Only insert URLs and emails as the additional information at the end of your press release form. Press releases submitted by anonymous users, breaking this rule will not be published.
