TERENURILE DIN CLUJ S-AU SCUMPIT IN MEDIE CU CIRCA 50% IN 2007 - Anuntul autoritatilor ca zona metropolitana va fi dispusa pe o suprafata de 185.000 de hectare de teren a scumpit terenurile din Cluj in medie cu circa 50% in 2007, arata ultimul raport al CB Richard Ellis/Eurisko privind piata imobiliara din Romania. "In ultimii doi ani, in Cluj s-a inregistrat o crestere generalizata a preturilor terenurilor. Cele mai mari scumpiri au avut loc in 2007, in zona de sud a orasului. In momentul de fata, mai ales dupa ce a fost anuntat faptul ca zona metropolitana a Clujului va fi dispusa pe 185.
