Detroit, MI—Personal trainer, author (and former professional ballroom dancer) John Paul Ouvrier tells how you can “design your age,” in his new book “The Wizard of Youth.” Based in Los Angeles, CA, USA, Ouvrier has helped many people to improve their health, from celebrities to those 100 years old.

“Taking care of the body means first learning to listen to the body,” says Ouvrier. “Otherwise the very things we need to stop doing become reinforced, creating more of the same problems. If you don’t know what your body is doing, exercise itself becomes
dangerous.”

In his new book, “The Wizard of Youth,” Ouvrier tells a fictional story of how six people set out to find “The Wizard of Youth.” On the journey, they met many challenges and learned many facts on how to remain young. Because it is told in allegory form, “The Wizard of Youth” is not your typical health book. It entertains while it enlightens.

Some of the book’s practical tips include: The three simple things you can do—while sitting at your desk—that will keep you young; a proven five-minute method that will give you more energy--and increase your alertness—before you even get out of bed and the big mistake 99.9 percent of people make when they exercise—and how to avoid it.

Ouvrier will be interviewed by Sandra Eggers during an hour-long free teleseminar conducted from Detroit, MI, (USA) on Thursday, January 25, at 7 PM EST/ 4 PM PST. He will share many practical tips with teleseminar attendees. As a bonus, a free downloadable chapter of “The Wizard of Youth” will be provided to those attending.
