With Content Beamer For BlackBerry You Can Leave Your Laptop At Home

(Berlin, August 2007) ThinPrint has today announced that a new version of the Content Beamer software for the BlackBerry® solution is now available. This new version enables BlackBerry smartphones to access the company network and document management systems, while on the move. The server based application supplements the extensive functions of a BlackBerry smartphone, adding capabilities that previously required a laptop.

BlackBerry® smartphones are the leading mobile devices for managing emails and personal data such as addresses, calendars, task lists and memos, but also for

applications. The new Content Beamer for BlackBerry now expands these capabilities to include storage of, and access to, documents on the company network. The application also makes it possible to manage network directories, organise PowerPoint presentations, and fax and send documents to a printer, making it unnecessary to use a laptop in a lot of traditional mobile working situations.
