Walsall developer urges residential market to attract first time buyers

A leading Walsall developer has hit out at the residential property sector for forcing first time buyers and ‘upsizers’ out of the marketplace. David Poyner, Director at David Poyner Homes (DPH), believes escalating house prices could force the industry to implode, as ‘new build’ projects are looking to cash in on rising buying powers and larger mortgages.
