WPA Raffle Offers a Chance to Score Big at WSOP - Las Vegas, NV June 19, 2007—The World Poker Association (WPA) is promoting professionalism, sportsmanship and a chance to score big at the 2007 World Series of Poker with a raffle drawing that will benefit Core of Compassion in its effort to help feed hungry children in Las Vegas. The WPA now boasts more than 1,100 voting members, thanks to a membership drive that is in full swing at the WPA Booth just outside the main entrance of the WSOP tournament arena at the Rio All Suites Hotel. The WPA is currently offering everyone a chance to play in the main event at the 2007 World Series of Poker through a raffle drawing that is open to anyone who is a WPA member. Raffle tickets are $50 each and are available at the WPA Booth up until the drawing on July 4th at 5PM. The prize package includes a seat in the main event of the 2007 WSOP, and $1,000 toward expenses.
