Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and professional service automation (PSA) software, announced today that its CEO, Dave Foxall, will serve as a CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association) Certified Instructor (CCI) for CEDIA University by special invitation. CEDIA University offers industry-specific education to custom electronic systems integrators. It specializes in providing best practices, information, and skills for every employee – from technicians to salespeople and c-level executives – in a residential
electronic systems company.
Foxall has been selected as a subject matter expert for the course “Using CRM as a Business Tool,” part of Electronic Systems Customer Relations, one of five curricula offered by the university. The course will outline principles and methodology for choosing a CRM tool, using CRM to support customers, and using CRM to up-sell and cross-sell. CEDIA certified professionals are a select group.
