Street Art with a Past - When you think of Street Art, all sorts of images come to mind. Brightly painted sculptures or perhaps metal intertwined with futuristic designs. However when you ask about Fiberglass Street Art, one thinks of cows, horses, pigs and frogs. The town of Fishers, Indiana took this concept and bent it towards it’s’ history. The Fishers Arts Council is now showcasing ten (10) fiberglass Cabooses for the summer of 2007.
