Spring Book Show
Largest book trade show in the South scheduled for March 23-25 at Atlanta's World Congress Center.
ATLANTA, Ga. – Spring Book Show 2007, the South’s largest bargain book show, comes to Atlanta’s World Congress Center on March 23-25. Participating book dealers from the United States and around the world will be offering more than 50,000 book titles to buyers from book stores, specialty retailers, public and academic libraries and school media specialists. According to show organizer Larry May of Knoxville, Tenn., this year’s theme, “Spring Forward,” was chosen to reflect the start of the Spring selling season that begins with the March 21 vernal equinox.
May said the largest remainder dealers from the United States, Canada and Great Britain will be attending the Atlanta show. They’ll display their wares – the largest collection of remainder books, returns, white sales and promotional books in the nation – at 500-plus display units in over 70,000 square feet of space. # # # # Larry May is available for interviews.
