My life's journey began when I accepted Christ as my lord and savor. My new beginning is described as being reborn like an infant. (The baby exits the mothers womb, begins to cry, letting us know that it is ready for life more abundantly).

I grew up in a Christian based family. I remember when I was 6 years old and my grandmother use to take me to church on Sundays and bible studies during a weekday. At the age of 6 years old of course church becomes boring and at that age you really do not have a since of what church is all about. But as I grew older, I started understanding the

concept of living a Christian life. I also began to understand that (how we treat life is the defining act of our existence).

In my life's experience prayer has been a very uplifting and fulfilling tool to approach God with life's ups and downs. We must realize that our prayers are heard and answered not because of us, but because of Jesus. That is why we pray in his name. We entered the world as an innocent, came as Gods children and not as beggars. We as believers must approach God with confidence. We must approach God in faith, we must approach God on a right relationship with him, and we must approach the Lord with praise and worship, and above all we must get away from negative thinking and continue to see Him as a warm, kind, loving, merciful, and generous Father, always ready to hear us, and bless us.

I look at today’s society and realize that there are not enough active Christian programs that instruct families on maintaining and managing a Christian household. My belief is if you don't have spiritual guidance and have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal lord and savor, then you and your family is losing your life's existence. Intercession is needed through out our society. There are several areas that need our undivided attention. These areas have a tremendous influence on our nation and truly need our prayer attention. The areas that need our intercession are home and family, education, government, business, and commerce, media and our local home churches.
