Review: Beautiful energies is the bridge to success for those who want to fly high - I got know about Albert Metzler’s concept of Beautiful Energies from European Freeride community with which I have long and very good relationships. I am aware that many famous Freeride competitors from Germany, France, Norway, Russia know and use successfully Beautiful Energies in their sports activities obtaining great victories in prestigious contests. They are well inspired by Beautiful Energies and make good use of this unique valuable mode which starts flowing to other sports too. The practical effect of Beautiful Energies is so obvious and the achieved results are so high that some candidates to Russian Olympic Alpine Skis Team are going to include Beautiful Energies methodology as an important and indispensable part of their training program.
