77th RALLYE MONTE-CARLO: IRC will organize the Event in 2009

The 77th Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo will be the opening round of the 2009 Intercontinental Rally Challenge, an international series launched by Eurosport Events last year and authorised by the FIA.
The 2009 Monte Carlo Rally presents a fresh challenge, a new format and a very different itinerary to the 2008 event. Dates : Tuesday 20 January to Saturday 24 January 2009 Route : 3 legs over 21, 22, 23 and 24 January 2009 A return to night stages, with 4 stages held in the dark including two runs over the Col de Turini 100 competitors
will be allowed to take the start
Only the top 60 cars will be allowed to start the final night Prize-giving to take place on Saturday 24 January, Place du Palais Princier, Monaco. More Infos on www.acm.mc and www.ircseries.com
