One Wild Software Alliance - Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading developer of customer relationship management (CRM) and professional service automation (PSA) software, and Cougar Mountain Software, a leading accounting and point-of-sale software publisher, have teamed up to establish an integration between their respective solutions, the companies announced today. Beta testing is now under way, and the companies plan to officially roll out the integration by the end of the second quarter. The integration will establish a link between the business management and tracking functionality of Tigerpaw CRM+ and the accounting capabilities of Cougar Mountain’s solutions. Companies who use both firms’ solutions will be able to seamlessly transfer data such as invoices, credit memos, payments, and more, providing a bridge between front- and back-office operations and eliminating the need for redundant data entry.
