This great new concept in property management is the collaboration of Co-owners Patrick McGuiness and Cory Starkweather. McGuiness is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and a 2006 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Starkweather is a 2002 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and is a licensed CPA.
