Middle East to benefit from Tawam Hospital’s upgrade programs for 2007 - January 25, 2007
Tawam Hospital, the UAE’s premier health care facility, in cooperation with Johns Hopkins Medicine, a world-class medical institution based in the USA, unveiled at a press conference held at the Fairmont Hotel, groundbreaking projects for 2007 aimed at expanding and enhancing the delivery of health care services in Al Ain and the rest of the region.
Mr. Michael Heindel, CEO, Tawam Hospital, provided details about the programmes being undertaken to upgrade the facilities, including adoption of new computer software, improving staff and specialist competency, and instituting training and workshops. Mr. Heindel also discussed Johns Hopkins’ role in running the hospital after completing a successful transition of the management team.
