Maxymiser Hits the Acquisition Trail to Create Services Division

London 07 July 2007, Maxymiser, Europe’s leading web site optimisation, multivariate testing and behavioural targeting provider, has stepped up its offensive on the expanding onsite testing market by adding a services division to its portfolio. The acquisition of off-shore web and mobile development company IDE Digital puts Maxymiser in control of its development resource and expands the range of services available to clients. Established in 2002, IDE Digital has an impressive pedigree. The company was behind the development of the HitDynamics web analytics platform which became part of

Hitwise’s portfolio in 2005 and was subsequently retained by Experian. They bring with them an impressive client list including LexisNexis, New Scientist, LOVEFiLM International, Siren TV, Kuoni Group and Venda.

IDE Digital will now be known as Maxymiser Services and will retain and further expand the existing team of over 50 high calibre developers based in two East European technical centres. Under the Services branding, Maxymiser is now well placed to offer value added development services to clients and partners in the key areas of web development, analytics and mobile applications. The acquisition will allow Maxymiser to accelerate the development of its website testing and optimisation solution in the areas of Personalisation and Behavioural Targeting. A team of 15 analytics and online marketing development specialists with an additional 40 developers working across web and mobile projects brings the company's European team to over 80 people.
