About The Speaker: Vicki's passion is to speak to women's groups throughout Southern California on managing the Transitional Years. Her presentations are a humorous and an informative guide for women entering this exciting stage of life. As an entrepreneur she has been awarded the "Rookie of the year by SDWI, and Team Women Member of the Month. She has been featured in The Daily Transcript, Your Local news (affiliated with the Union Tribune) and the 3 Pomerado papers including RB. Rancho Penasquitos and Poway. Recently she was interviewed on channel 9, KUSI, Inside San Diego. Vicki's background includes sales in electronic distribution and Mita copiers. However, she believes that her 12 years with Mary Kay Cosmetics prepared her for her entrepreneurial role. She was among the top 2% of consultants who become a Sales Director for Mary Kay. She was also honored four times in the National Queens court of Sales, which is one of their top honors. In 2005, she went on her own to start Vicki's Flash Pops.
