Under the terms of the MoU, the scope of the strategic alliance will include joint business development, cooperative marketing to customers and channels worldwide. The MoU builds on the strength of an existing relationship between the two companies, successful development of a progressive contract program. “This strategic collaboration provides an excellent fit for our strategy of developing innovative solutions for the Agro Trading business. EEMO is looking to expand services and other value added programs as the mandate,” said Tung Huynh, President, EEMO.
