John F. Kennedy Shirt to be auctioned on eBay
case (an early gift from Jacqueline) auctioned in the past few years.

The shirt is listed on eBay beginning today, with the auction running from August 6 at 4 PM (PST). Details are available now at www.ebay.com/jfkshirt. Passed from private owner to private owner, the shirt first appeared on the market in 1998 and was acquired by the current owner in 2006. The shirt has been thoughtfully preserved under clear acrylic and protected from direct light for at least the past nine years. The shirt is beautifully mounted in a 42” x 46” x 1.25” black and gilt wood frame with an official photograph of Kennedy, an actual invitation (itself scarce) to the inaugural address, and a brass plaque detailing the 1998 Guernsey listing. The package is accompanied by Letters of Authenticity and Provenance detailing the current owner’s acquisition and valuation of the shirt.
