Tawam Hospital in affiliation with Johns Hopkins and the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, UAE University, will host a major international oncology conference in Al Ain, from 19-22 February, 2007, amongst the participants are some of the world’s top experts in cancer research, diagnosis, treatment and prevention.

The conference, which is co-sponsored by the General Authority for Health Services (GAHS), will not only feature world-class medical experts from Johns Hopkins Oncology Centre but also speakers from Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy,
Japan, Qatar, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the USA. Amongst the keynote speakers are Professors Robert Arceci, Michael Choti and David Ettinger from Johns Hopkins Oncology Centre as well as Dr. Cynda Rushton from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
