International Annual Symposium 2007 EU-Funds: ERDF • ESF • EAFRD • EFF - The first “International Annual Symposium EU Funds“ in March this year concentrated mainly on the current funding period until the end of 2006 and on expectations and outlooks into the new funding period 2007 – 2013, whereas next year’s symposium will address the current developments and problems in connection with the initiated plans and the implementation of the new fund regulations. For the first time, this symposium will allow for topics and subjects of the new fund regulations for the European Fishing Fund, and speakers of the European Accounts Court will present their experiences from past audits as part of the external financial control to the attendees. Moreover, well-known and highly qualified representatives of all Fund Divisions of the European Commission will be available for question & answer sessions. Speakers from over 10 countries will demonstrate the international and transnational nature of the symposium and establish the event as a unique platform for communication, experience and knowledge transfer in Europe.
