Becoming an Immediacy Training Centre is by invitation only. Invited Partner organisations must send their trainers on exhaustive training accreditation programmes where they are assessed both for their Immediacy product knowledge and their training delivery skills. Only by meeting exacting standards in both areas will delegates receive accreditation to deliver courses. Following accreditation Immediacy will continue to track the performance of accredited trainers and ensure standards are maintained by monitoring the feedback provided by course attendees.

“Establishing a professional network of accredited Immediacy training partners is vital to ensure our customers derive the maximum value from their investment in Immediacy software,” says Philip Macdonald, partner programme manager at Immediacy. “With four centres now open for business, and more to follow, customers will now have greater choice about where and when training takes place. Content management technology continues to evolve rapidly and by bringing training closer to our customers we are making it easier for developers and users to refresh their knowledge and fully exploit all of Immediacy’s rich functionality.”
