Immediacy
Immediacy, one of the leading UK content management solution providers (part of the Mediasurface group (UK, AIM: MSR) announces that Auros, Connect Internet Solutions, Innovation Digital and Redweb have become the first Immediacy Accredited Training Partners. The Immediacy Training Accreditation Programme has been set up to develop a network of training centres that will deliver a consistent standard of Immediacy training at a time and place that is convenient to customers anywhere in the UK. The first four centres will be run by Auros in Bristol, Connect Internet Solutions in Liverpool,
Innovation Digital in Glasgow and Redweb in Bournemouth and London.
Becoming an Immediacy Training Centre is by invitation only. Invited Partner organisations must send their trainers on exhaustive training accreditation programmes where they are assessed both for their Immediacy product knowledge and their training delivery skills. Only by meeting exacting standards in both areas will delegates receive accreditation to deliver courses. Following accreditation Immediacy will continue to track the performance of accredited trainers and ensure standards are maintained by monitoring the feedback provided by course attendees. “Establishing a professional network of accredited Immediacy training partners is vital to ensure our customers derive the maximum value from their investment in Immediacy software,” says Philip Macdonald, partner programme manager at Immediacy. “With four centres now open for business, and more to follow, customers will now have greater choice about where and when training takes place. Content management technology continues to evolve rapidly and by bringing training closer to our customers we are making it easier for developers and users to refresh their knowledge and fully exploit all of Immediacy’s rich functionality.”
