ICD-10, don't get lost in translation!

Since the tower of Babel humanity attempted to, once again, communicate in one tongue and overcome the general difficulties associated with language barriers – with little success. The most recent attempt in this direction is the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) attempt to introduced a common International Classification of Diseases, the ICD-10 code. This classification system allows the definition and communication of any given diagnose independent of language.
