Hipfox - How Google became the number 1 search engine in the developing world

Press Release from:

posted first on hipfox.com - According to our readers who are just now getting familiar with the internet in the developing world - countries like Taiwan, Malaysia and even the Philippines - the number one reason why they had an easy and pleasant experience online was Google’s simplicity.
When asked, the very same people had also tried Yahoo! and other portals but when they went to Yahoo!’s home page they were confused and they didn’t know where to start from. The offering was too much on the Yahoo! home page. Said Patel S. from Pakistan, “It was
easy getting what I wanted from Google. For an old man like me (Patel is 55 years old), Google made it easy for me and I really couldn’t go wrong. No password or any sign up required.”
And most of our readers expressed the same sentiment. They loved the simplicity. Internet entrepreneurs sometimes make things too complicated for the general masses. Google paved the way and it conquered the world.
