HTS and Burton & Klein – Strategic Cooperation - The Swiss/German HTS Global Technologies Ltd. Group and financial investor Burton & Klein have recently singed a contract on a strategic cooperation. This was proclaimed by the management of both companies during a press conference in Zurich. Burton & Klein is going to take a stake in HTS Global Technologies as a minority investor, whereas the mayor shares will remain with the company’s management. However, the obtained increase in capital stock will enable HTS’s IPO.
