Germany needs Cosmic Constitution as Basic Law shows severe deficiencies

Government Good News from Around the World - In a recent press conference, Dr. Emanuel Schiffgens of Maharishi World Peace Trust Germany pointed out serious defeciencies and weaknesses of the German Basic Law and demanded a 'Cosmic Constitution' for Germany. Dr. Schiffgens said that the last weeks have clearly demonstrated that the German Basic Law is not capable of creating an integrated collective consciousness.

Dr. Schiffgens said, 'The German Nation and the German Parliament are both divided and we have the alarming situation that the Government of Germany may be controlled

in the future by foreign powers whose intentions are totally opposed to the declared dedication to world peace of the German Nation which is inscribed in the German Basic Law - and the German Basic Law can not prevent it.'

He said that the time of the Basic Law as guarantor of freedom and self-determination seems to be over. He also pointed out that the German Basic Law had been designed with only a limited period of validity. It is stated in Article 146 that the Basic Law will lose its validity on that date when it will be replaced by a constitutuion that will be accepted by the German people in a free decision.

'The time has now come for a German Constitution,' Dr. Emanuel Schiffgens declared, 'and this constitution should be accepted by us Germans in absolute freedom. Germany must not be the football of the interests of war-waging nations, and must not be a slave to foreign powers — Germany has to become completely free and invincible.'

In quantum physics, the state of invincibility of coherent systems is known as the Meissner-Effect. According to Maharishi's Supreme Political Science, which is based on the oldest tradition of knowledge of mankind—the Veda, coherence in collective consiousness can easily br created by big groups of experts, who master Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying.

Dr. Emanuel Schiffgens proposes the establishment of an International University of World Peace in Germany, that will be teaching Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology and Maharishi's Supreme Political Science to enliven the Cosmic Constituion in German Consciousness.

The university should be supported and sustained by Germans who do not want to be a slave to foreign powers, but free Germans who love their fatherland and want to see it invincible. The nationwide enlivenment of the eternal Cosmic Constitution which is not made by man shall successfully overcome the deficiencies, short comings, and failings of the provisional Basic Law which had been made by our fathers.
