Fronde Anywhere appoints Caroline Dewe as new CEO

Fronde Anywhere, a global provider of mobile financial services and multi-factor authentication solutions, today announced the appointment of Caroline Dewe as CEO. Dewe previously held the position of vice president for products and marketing and was responsible for the company’s go-to-market vision and strategy, including the product portfolio roadmap.

Dewe takes over the role of CEO from Dean Johnson, who has stepped down. She is considered one of the industry thought leaders in mobile banking and payments. Her background includes her executive role as the head of the product development business unit within Fronde Systems Group, Fronde Anywhere’s parent company.

Dewe is supported closely by chief technology officer, Antony Williams and head of products, Craig Eades. Continuing to head up European sales for Fronde Anywhere is London-based Marc Philippo. The company’s acting chief financial officer is Vicky Donaldson.

Fronde Anywhere is currently recruiting for senior positions within the organisation and on the Board. This includes sales and operational support in the UK and New Zealand. Fronde Anywhere will also be looking to increase resource in North America towards the end of 2008.
