Vicki Redoble is the founder and Owner of Vicki’s Flash Pops, The delicious beverage that instantly relieves the symptoms of Menopause, especially the Hot Flash.
As an entrepreneur Vicki was recently awarded Best Women Owned Home Based Business at the 6th Annual For You Network Awards. She has been awarded the “Rookie of the year by SDWI, and Team Women Member of the Month. And was featured in the STAR NEWS in Chula Vista. Vicki’s background includes sales in electronic distribution and Mita copiers. However, she believes that her 12 years with Mary Kay Cosmetics prepared her for her entrepreneurial role. She was among the top 2% of consultants who become a Sales Director for Mary Kay. She was also honored four times in the National Queens court of Sales, which is one of their top honors. In 2005, she went on her own to start Vicki’s Flash Pops. “ This has been a true labor of love from the start.
