Establishing & Expanding Business in the Blooming Vietnam ICT/Electronics Market

"Vietnam Telecomp 2008" and "Vietnam Electronics 2008" will be staged during November 26 to 29 2008 at HoChiMinh City International Exhibition and Convention Center. Officially sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and co-organized by the Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Group (VNPT), the largest operator in Vietnam and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd (Adsale), the twin expos are expected to occupy an exhibition area of over 6,000 sq.m. and gather around 200 exhibitors.

With the great success of “China Enterprises Introductory Conference” held

concurrently with last event, VNPT, Adsale and China National Postal & Telecommunications Appliances Corporation (PTAC) will join forces to organize the conference again during Vietnam Telecomp and Electronics 2008, aiming at introducing China enterprises to the Vietnam market professionals and encouraging business cooperation between two countries.

The events continue to receive tremendous support from local operators, including the show organizer VNPT and other operators such as EVN Telecom, Mobifone, SPT, Vinaphone and Viettel; overseas operators and well-known companies including Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Huawei, Motorola, NTT DOCOMO, Orange from France Telecom, PCCW Global, Qualcomm, Samsung, SK Telecom, Tristit, ZTE and many more.

Vietnam Telecomp / Vietnam Electronics 2008 also receive extensive support from international pavilions and industry associations, including China Pavilion being led by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT); Optical Cable Pavilion being led by China National Postal & Telecommunications Appliances Corporation (PTAC); Korea Pavilion being led by Korea IT Business Women’s Association (KIBWA) and Singapore Pavilion being led by Singapore Industrial Automation Association (SIAA). Taiwan Pavilion led by Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA) demonstrates their first time presence this year. What’s more, Hong Kong Wireless Development Center (HKWDC) shows her generous support by organizing a “Hong Kong Mission Tour Group” to visit the events as well.
