Press Release from:
Tigerpaw Software, Inc.
Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and professional service automation (PSA) software, reinforced its commitment to the metropolitan Omaha community today with a charitable donation to Arts for All, an organization that provides creative instruction in the form of after-school and weekend enrichment programs serving area youth.
Tigerpaw CEO Dave Foxall called the donation a “great way to give a little back to our city.” “We feel a real responsibility to our local community to share some of our success,” Foxall said.
“Arts for All is a tremendous, forward-thinking program with a wonderful reputation here in Omaha. The cultivation of creativity is critically important. A large part of Tigerpaw’s success can be attributed to the creativity of some of our key people, so I find this program an especially good and worthy cause.”
Arts for All Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to offer a dynamic education program that is available and affordable for all. With roots dating back to 1982, when it was conceived as a community outreach program serving the Omaha area, Arts for All now offers after-school and weekend programs at two sites for art, dance, guitar, and piano, with scholarships and tuition assistance offered on a case-by-case basis. Through continued fundraising, the organization plans to offer classes at more sites, in different formats and to a wider audience. According to its charter, Arts for All operates under the belief that “the arts can: provide pleasurable experiences and challenge; be an emotional outlet; communicate ideas; enhance self- esteem; develop discipline and risk-taking; teach problem solving; facilitate team building; expand empathy and appreciation of the world, other cultures and the environment; raise IQ; enhance learning; and cultivate higher-level thinking.”
