1-2-1VIEW provides Digital Signage Network to Thai Royal Project Shops - [HONG KONG 16 August 2006] Leading digital signage cormpany 1-2-1VIEW Corporation has been chosed to provide a turnkey digital signage system to The Royal Project in Thailand to help raise awareness of the foundation's initiatives in its shops across the country.
1-2-1VIEW's strategic partner Starhub Link (SHL) will install the system together with a network of 42" plasma screens at 11 Royal Project outlets in Thailand, including at Don Muang Airport, Chiang Mai Airport, Kasatsart University and the Golden Place at Hua Hin.
Running over an IP network provided by Thai telco operator CAT Telecom, the system will broadcast the latest information and updates on the Royal Project's initiatives to the outlets using video, graphics, flash animation, SMS, and live broadcast.
"The Royal Project Foundation currently runs four research stations and thirty-five Development Centres caring for 295 villages," said Dr. Paitoon Ponsana, Advisor to the Royal Project Foundation.
