Diet Pill AccompliaTo Rule The Market In 2010 - Diet pill Rimonabant (Acomplia / Zimulti), which is stalled by the FDA, will be a clinical benchmark for treating obese or overweight people in 2010 and will replace prescription drug Xenical as the top selling diet drug, said a major research firm, Decision Resources, Inc. According to its recent report, Rimonabant despite its side effects of anxiety and depression in some patients will replace prescription drug Xenical (orlistat) from the top slot. The firm had surveyed more than 3,000 endocrinologists with years of experience behind them. It also referred its own analysis and reports of the major clinical attributes of current and emerging obesity therapies. Nancy Li, analyst with Decision Resources, said Accomplia has many benefits like weight reduction, cardiovascular benefits, greater waist size reduction and weight maintenance for longer period of time.
