Delta Electronics’ Board of Directors Approves Financial Statements for 1-3Q 2007

Delta Electronics (the Company) held a meeting of the Board of Directors, which approved the following:

1. The Board approved 1-3Q 2007 financial results. The Company's consolidated 1-3Q 2007 sales revenues were NT$94,874,238,000 (2.018.749.795 EUR), net income after tax NT$11,473,603,000 (244.137.287 EUR), and earnings per share NT$5.45 (0,116 EUR).

2. The Board also approved the issuance of employee stock options to attract and retain professional talent, which will create value for the company and its shareholders. The employee stock options will be issued either

in singular or multiple distributions according to the actual need within one year from the arrival date of the effective declaration to the government authority. This round of issuance is 60,000,000 units. Each unit represents one share. Exercise price is the closing price of the Company's common stock at the grant date of the employee stock options. The term of the stock options shall be effective for six years. From the end of two years following the grant date of the stock options, the subscriber shall be entitled to exercise her/his subscription by proportion on an annual basis.
