Debtcc community has finally declared the winner of their Blog Hunt Contest on 1st August, 2007. It is the Debtkid.com, voted by community members and guests as the most impressive one. Debtkid.com has topped the Blog Hunt with 65.12% votes followed by thehub.yesdebtfree.org. It has successfully satisfied all the four selection criteria of the contest.

The contest ran successfully for four consecutive months and witnessed a huge participation from the blogging community. A total number of 900 blogs participated in this contest which is a record in itself. Says Simon, the Community

The idea behind the blog hunt contest was to acknowledge the importance of financial blogging. Blog hunt succeeded in providing the bloggers with a platform where they could share their knowledge and experiences with the community.
