Richardson, a leading sales training and consulting firm, announced today that David DiStefano will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Company founder and former CEO, Linda Richardson will assume the dual role of Executive Chairman and Curriculum and Relationship Strategist. This role will allow Ms. Richardson to focus her efforts on product development, solution customization, and the innovation and quality of Richardson’s training and consulting solutions.
Mr. DiStefano has been with Richardson for 14 years and has served as Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2002. Mr. DiStefano will be responsible for establishing the strategic plan and direction of Richardson, ensuring its successful execution, and positioning Richardson as one of the premier sales training and consulting organizations.
