DSV STRENGTHENS BUSINESS THROUGH ACQUISITION OF ROADFERRY - London, 29 February 2008 - In a move that will further strengthen the company’s strong position in the UK and Ireland, DSV Road Holding Limited announced today that it has acquired Roadferry Limited in an approved takeover. DSV is confident the acquisition will deliver significant benefits to customers of both companies. “This move will allow DSV to significantly enhance our service offering between Great Britain and Ireland,” commented Rene Falch Olesen, Managing Director of DSV Road Limited in the UK. “We intend to invest in growing Roadferry while bringing the organisation into the DSV family.” Roadferry has two wholly-owned subsidiaries Roadferry Transport Limited and Roadferry Transport (Ireland) Limited.
