According to the Guardian, the government says it intends to launch a consultation on legislation for ISPs and rights holders to "cooperate in taking action on illegal file sharing... with a view to implementing legislation by 2009". Two men were arrested for ‘Wi-Fi' highjacking this week, according to the Register. APACS, the credit card industry association, reports that Card Not Present fraud increased 44% in the first six months of 2007 to £137 million.
