IRG (cayman islands real estate company), the developers of the Careenage, HSBC and Marksons Furniture, held a highly enjoyable and successful open house at the new Careenage Clubhouse on Friday October 16th. Brickhouse catered for over 50 guests who toured the first two phases of the project and heard about plans for the third and final phase of the project and the new docks scheduled to start construction soon. The floating serviced docks from Bellingham Marine will set a new standard for dock construction in Cayman and will be offered in 30', 36' and 40' slip lengths.
