CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST DESIGNATION AWARDED TO JOE CLINE

Joe Cline of Affinity Properties is serving the needs of his clients better by becoming a Certified Residential Specialist. The certification means that Joe has demonstrated the experience that comes from dealing with a considerable volume of transactions. The CRS designation is granted after a candidate has met the educational requirements of courses offered through the Council of Residential Specialists and completed twenty-five transactions.

Joe received the certification after only 2 years in the real estate business. Closing over seventy transactions in 2007, Joe Cline has

generated more sales than the 91% of all agents in the Austin area MLS for the same period. Along with these transactions, the additional coursework required to obtain the CRS designation demonstrates his commitment to excellence in serving his clients.
