Joseph McElmeel, Chairman and CEO of Brooke Chase Associates, Inc., is pleased to announce the successful recruitment of Phillip Wandrey as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hoffco, Inc. and Valley Oak Cabinet Door, Inc., located in Wood Lake, Minnesota. Hoffco, Inc. and Valley Oak Cabinet Door, Inc. are leading manufacturers of high end wood kitchen cabinet accessories and doors; both companies are owned by Fieldston Investments, a New York City-based private equity sponsor firm.

Phil Wandrey joined Hoffco, Inc. in January, 2007, and is responsible for integrating

the combined Sales and Marketing efforts of Hoffco, Inc. and Valley Oak Cabinet Door, Inc. Phil previously held the position of Vice President of Sales in which he directly managed KraftMaid Cabinetry’s relationship with Home Depot; he has served KraftMaid in various Sales and Marketing position since 1995.
