The Arkanum Group Inc. recently established a service center in Switzerland. The new branch office is located in the city of Zug next to Zurich. The team consists of five consultants.

The Arkanum Group is one of the leading consulting firms in international business foundations and offers its services in self-managed branches in all significant business locations. In all subsidiaries the Arkanum team is composed of attorneys, tax experts and executive consultants.

Besides establishing and supporting Swiss corporations, the new service center is in charge of

handling all European customers concerns. By offering self-provided services in Switzerland the Arkanum Group is now able to satisfy the high demand for business foundations in the canton of Zug, which mainly consists of German customers.

Further planed subsidiaries in Germany could not be established due to the local legal situation concerning business associations of attorney with other professions.
