Heather Resnick, a second time Cancer Warrior and life-time learner, has observed how the daunting obstacle of fear of career changes can propel or paralyze. Twenty years as a homemaker, community volunteer and mature university student has provided her with an uncanny insight to the human condition. Manifested by her fear came her book, "Women Reworked" - a book dedicated to helping women make smooth transitional employment changes – getting back into the workforce after an extensive period of time, or entering the workplace for the first time at a more mature age, switching careers or becoming an entrepreneur.
