The 9th CallCenterWorld® is taking place from 27 February to 1 March in Berlin. The specialist congress has become established as the main event of the German-speaking call center industry where decision-makers from across Europe meet up to anticipate the latest customer service trends and discuss the developments in the industry.
Competence Call Center AG (CCC, www.yourccc.com) will use the occasion to attract attention in the German market. “In 2007, we will reinforce our commitment in Germany“, says founder and owner of CCC Thomas Kloibhofer. “We are planning to open
another site in Germany in addition to the one in Berlin within the first six months“.
The entrepreneur recently bought call centers in Switzerland and in Slovakia. CCC was founded in 1998 in Vienna. It now has 5 sites in 4 countries (Berlin, Bratislava, Linz, Vienna and Zurich), more than 1.000 employees and is considered one of the most successful players in the industry. “2006 was a successful year for CCC“, says Thomas Kloibhofer. “Looking after international customers regionally and to act as partner with cross-national standards has proved to be a good and correct strategy”, Kloibhofer says. Kloibhofer is planning to reveal details about the 6th CCC site at the CallCenterWorld® in Berlin.
