The Classen Group and the Unilin Group solve patent disputes.

The Classen Group and the Unilin Group have reached an agreement to settle all patent disputes between the two companies in the field of the glueless locking technology for flooring panels. As a consequence, the mutual court cases in Düsseldorf (Germany), Hamburg (Germany) and Baltimore (US) will be terminated. The Unilin Group and the Classen Group have entered into a Cross License Agreement, which on the one hand enables the Classen Group to continue to sell their products under the Unilin glueless patents, and on the other hand gives the Unilin Group the possibility to use Classen’s
patented push-down-connection for their own products.
