Pressemeldung von:
SCANLAB AG
SCANLAB is extending the successful SCANcube scan head series with the SCANcube 10. This ultra compact scan head with an aperture of 10 mm is optimized for industrial applications. Its 1 liter volume is only 1/3 of the industry standard. With a weight of less than 1.9 kg it is one of the lightest scan heads available on the market.

Based on SCANLAB industry-proven dynAXIS S galvanometer scanners the SCANcube 10 can reach marking speeds of up to 640 cps.

The new developed servo control electronics facilitate the ultra-compact dimensions of its robust, sealed protective

housing. It makes the SCANcube 10 an ideal industry choice for easy integration into a range of existing production environments, even in confined or difficult-to-access locations. The mounting flange and the electrical connections are compatible to the SCANcube 7 and make it easy to select the best suited scan head.

The SCANcube 10 can be equipped with either an analog or a digital interface and can be controlled via a SCANLAB RTC PC interface board or RTC SCANalone board.

The SCANcube 10 is ideally suited for any application where speed is a necessity and pre-existing process conditions limit the space available for automation – such as industrial marking applications.
